Close-Out report as well as lessons learned being finalized. Expected to be completed and reviewed by Aug 30th.

Final design and quote recieved. Project pending direction by Central Facilities due to possible inclusion within college FY10 project plan. Project plan to be distributed by Central Facilities by end of August.
Takoma Park Data Center
PM Construction Contract being closed out. August will be the final billing cycle.
